The Macmillan Leeds Triathlon is a challenging event is based in the famous Roundhay Park. It begins with a lake swim, continuing with a picturesque, challenging cycle section out of the park and along local roads. The final stage is then a run around the impressive park being cheered on by the large crowds of spectators. A racked transition will be used, and results will be via electronic chip timing.

The traffic lights section will be excluded using a 'dead zone' via the chip timing. All finishers receive a fantastic medal and free event photos available for downloading and printing up to A4 size.

Main registration will be on Saturday afternoon of the 2nd September between 12 noon and 5pm.

Sunday registration will be available between 06:00 and 07:30.

Macmillan Cancer Support is our official charity partner for the Macmillan Leeds Triathlon. They are offering 20 free places in the Macmillan Leeds Triathlon in return for a pledge to raise £300 in sponsorship to support people affected by cancer. Free places are offered on a first come basis.

Every £100 Macmillan spends on their phone service could lead to their cancer support specialists helping people affected by cancer claim £4,092 in benefits they are entitled to.

“It is an amazing experience. [Macmillan Cancer Support] are very supportive and personally, being affected by cancer, it is such a fantastic feeling being able to give something back.” – Mark Fagan, 2016 Team Macmillan triathlete.
