You will need some true Yorkshire Grit for this race! A 1500m lake swim, 44km challenging cycle and a testing 10km run in the park - or try the sprint distance race 750m swim, 24km bike, 6.7km run
Event Details
This challenging event is based in Leeds' famous Roundhay Park. It begins with a lake swim, continuing with a picturesque, challenging cycle section out of the Park and along local roads. The final stage is then a run around the impressive Park being cheered on by the large crowds of spectators. A racked transition will be used, and results will be via electronic chip timing.
The traffic lights section will be excluded using a 'dead zone' via the chip timing. This is now an out and back course so no need to count laps.
Main registration will be on Saturday afternoon of the 8th September between 12 noon and 5pm
Sunday Registration will be available between 06:00 and 07:30
The standard distance race will be the Triathlon England Yorkshire & Humber Standard Distance Regional Championship race.
