The 2013 Ffit Conwy Llandudno Sea Triathlon is a qualifying event for the 2013 ITU Sprint Distance Triathlon World Championships to be held in London in September 2013.

A standard and 
sprint triathlon incorporating the thrill of a sea swim, and a challenging cycle section on mainly closed roads around the Great Orme with its glorious vista over the North Wales Coast. The run route goes out along the Victorian Promenade and then over the Little Orme to Penrhyn Bay. Turnaround and then back over the Little Orme and along the promenade hopefully, with a sea breeze to cool you to the finish! A racked transition will be used, and results will be via electronic chip timing.

The race registration will be on Friday 28th between 3pm and 8pm and on Saturday 29th June between 9.00am and 15:00am. No registrations will be accepted after this time.
Registering Relay Teams
Only one team member needs to turn up, but they must have photographic ID for all members.
Wetsuits
Yes, they are compulsory
Neoprene gloves and booties for the swim
These are not ‘legal’ equipment for a triathlon. However, if you wish to wear them you can but you will be disqualified (you can still continue the race and you will get a time).
