The 2013 Ffit Conwy Llandudno Sea Triathlon is a qualifying event for the 2013 ITU Sprint Distance Triathlon World Championships to be held in London in September 2013.
A standard and sprint triathlon incorporating the thrill of a sea swim, and a challenging cycle section on mainly closed roads around the Great Orme with its glorious vista over the North Wales Coast. The run route goes out along the Victorian Promenade and then over the Little Orme to Penrhyn Bay. Turnaround and then back over the Little Orme and along the promenade hopefully, with a sea breeze to cool you to the finish! A racked transition will be used, and results will be via electronic chip timing.
The 2010 Llandudno Sea Triathlon was voted 220Triathlon magazine Race of the Year (entries<500)
