We would like to say a big thank you to Nick Thomas of Royles for putting together a very comprehensive 12 week novice training plan for you to download for free.

Nick Thomas is an endurance coach who works at Royles, the North’s premier triathlon retail and coaching facility. He began competing at triathlon in 1994 and has completed several Ironmans, including two finishes at the Hawaii Ironman World Championship. He now competes at ultra-distance triathlons.

Nick is a lead coach at Manchester Triathlon Club. Nick has successfully coached many people to achieve their sporting aims since he started coaching in 2000. Just click the image below to download.
